At Chickasaw Community Bank, Building Better Lives for Everyone begins with the safety of our
customers and employees. As our State and Nation continue to monitor and respond
appropriately to the potential public health impact of COVID-19, please know that at Chickasaw
Community Bank we are prepared to keep our banking operations safe and secure.
As a Community Bank, we know full well the impact of COVID-19 can have on our customers and
our community. On an individual basis, Chickasaw Community Bank will assist our business
▪ Deferring principal payments for six (6) months, and in severe cases,
▪ Deferring principal and interest payments for up to three (3) months.
The full repayment of the principal balance will still be expected to be repaid once normalcy
returns to business operations. These modifications to the original loan agreements would need
to be approved on an individual basis and we would encourage each impacted client to reach out
to their loan officer to start the process.
If the impacts from the event exceed three months, the program could be reevaluated and
extended on a case by case scenario. Our focus, dedication, and support are unwavering as we
navigate these unique times.
