As we cross the midpoint of the year, I want to take a moment to thank you for choosing Chickasaw Community Bank. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you, your family, your business, and the communities we call home.
At CCB, our work is guided by a clear mission: Building Better Lives for EVERYONE. That mission is more than a statement. It is a responsibility we carry into every conversation, every financial solution, and every decision we make as a community bank.
Our values — Integrity, Relationships, Teamwork, Resiliency, Empowerment, and Community — are our foundation and continue to shape how we serve. They remind us that banking is not simply about transactions. It is about trust. It is about helping people move forward with confidence. It is about being present through important financial moments, whether that means buying a home, starting or growing a business, managing everyday finances, or planning for the future.
These values are also deeply connected to our foundation and our relationship with the Chickasaw Nation. We are proud of the heritage that helped shape this bank and the commitment to service, stewardship, and community that continues to guide us. That foundation gives us a long-term view of our work. We are not only focused on what we can accomplish today, but on how we can help strengthen opportunities for the people, businesses, and communities we serve for years to come.
The first half of the year has been an important season of progress for Chickasaw Community Bank. One of our most meaningful milestones was the full integration of our Central Region branches in Ada, Byng, Roff, and Stratford. This effort represented much more than a systems transition. It brought our teams, tools, and customer experience together as one CCB, creating a stronger and more connected foundation for how we serve customers across our footprint.
We know change can take patience, and we are grateful for the trust you placed in us throughout this process. We are also incredibly proud of our employees, whose teamwork and resiliency helped make this transition possible. Their commitment to serving you with care reflects the very best of who we are.
With this integration complete, customers in our Central Region of our franchise now have access to expanded resources, consistent tools, and the full support of Chickasaw Community Bank. Just as importantly, they remain served by people who know their communities, understand their needs, and care deeply about the relationships they have built.
Across the bank, we are also beginning important work to evaluate opportunities that can strengthen the customer experience. From convenience and communication to financial education and future tools and resources, we are taking a thoughtful approach to how we can better serve customers in a changing financial environment. Our goal is to listen, learn, and continue building a banking experience that helps our customers feel informed, supported, and confident.
We also recognize that our customers are navigating a changing world. Families are making important decisions about their homes, savings, and futures. Business owners are not only managing growth and opportunity, but also the uncertainties that happen every day. Communities are looking for partners who will show up, listen, and invest in what matters. Our role is to meet those moments with integrity, practical solutions, and a commitment to relationships that last.
Community banking is personal. It is built through everyday interactions, local decisions, and a shared commitment to helping people succeed. At CCB, we remain committed to being the kind of bank that knows our customers, understands our communities, and serves with purpose.
As we look ahead to the second half of the year, our focus remains clear. We will continue serving with integrity, building meaningful relationships, empowering customers, supporting local needs, and strengthening the banking experience across every community we serve. We are moving forward with purpose, guided by our mission and grounded in the values that make CCB who we are.
Thank you for being part of our story. We are grateful for your trust and loyalty, and we look forward to continuing to build better lives together.
Sincerely,
Bill Schonacher
